Day 1: From Farm to Table: A Full Culinary Experience

09:00 AM (or 03:00 PM) – Meeting Point & Market Tour:
We meet to visit the iconic San Pedro Market. We will explore aisles filled with fruits, spices, and Andean cheeses while the chef explains Peru’s famous superfoods.
10:30 AM – Pisco Sour Preparation:
We begin the class with Peru’s national cocktail. You will learn the shaking technique and the history behind this refreshing drink.
11:00 AM – Cooking Workshop (Starter & Main Course):
Under the chef’s guidance, we will prepare step by step two iconic dishes (e.g., fish Ceviche and Lomo Saltado or Ají de Gallina). You will learn cutting techniques, how to handle Peruvian chilies, and the secret behind Peru’s distinctive smoky flavors.
12:30 PM – Tasting & Lunch:
The most anticipated moment. Enjoy a three-course meal (including dessert) in a warm and friendly atmosphere, sharing stories and toasting to the experience.
